Never received this- frustrated by your customer service

Hi. I love Oliver and Rain clothing, have been purchasing it for my kids for a few years now. I never received this order, and have been attempting to contact Oliver and Rain for months now. Theron tracking on this order says it is still in pre shipment. Your customer service email and messages have not worked, and the phone number listed online is not in service. I am really disappointed and unsure if I will continue to purchase Oliver and Rain because this experience in trying to contact you has been so frustrating.
